dunnhumby USA is an international leader in market analysis and brand value for consumer goods and retail companies, currently employing 300 people in Cincinnati. Some of dunnhumby USA’s clients include Krogers, Macy’s, The Home Depot, Coca-Cola, General Mills, Kimberly Clark, PepsiCo and The Proctor & Gamble Co.

As the company has grown from $20 million of revenue in 2004 to $200 million in 2008 the company needed to expand. The City of Cincinnati’s Economic Development Division worked with dunnhumby USA to ensure that they continued to grow in Cincinnati.

dunnhumby USA decided to sign a 10 year lease in the 145,00 0 sq ft building at 333 W. Third Street near Paul Brown Stadium. The City of Cincinnati, working with the Economic Development team, will provide additional parking and property tax abatements on improvements of the property for a 12 year period. The Economic Development Division will extend job tax credit incentives for 150 new jobs.

When competed in August 2009, the project will represent $15.1 million in created value for the City.
Since being elected to Council in 2005, Chris Bortz has been working to ensure that the City has a strong economic development operation. Chris is the Chair of the Economic Development Committee on Council and was the Chair of the GO Cincinnati study.
